Chao Creamy Original is a vegan cheese made from coconut and is a great cheese alternative seasoned with a traditionally fermented soybean curd called Chao by the Vietnamese. With a subtle taste like swiss or provolone, Chao Creamy Original can be used in a multitude of ways and is sure to please every cheese lover!

Potential Uses / Applications: Perfect for melting on a delicious vegan patty, added in grilled cheese and quesadillas, sandwiches hot or cold, sliced into salads, or just eaten plain!
