Situ's Kitchen's puff pastry is a vegan culinary dream come true. Use it as a 1 for 1 substitute in all recipes where a flaky, buttery puff pastry is called for. Perfect for both savoury and sweet creations! 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, vegetable oil margarine (contains palm and modified palm oil, soy lecithin, annatto, turmeric), water, salt, L-Cystein Chlorydrate, xylanase.
