What makes Vegan Supply different from other distributors?

Being vegan owned and operated, we pride ourselves in our vetting process to ensure that all the products we carry are fully vegan, even down to the ingredients and manufacturing processes. We did the research so you don’t have to! 

 

We have a curated catalogue with food service and retail ready products and love to make recommendations suited to your business. We have years of industry experience and market intelligence that make us the distributor to go to for vegan products. Last but definitely not least, our dedicated and passionate team truly care for each and every one of our wholesale clients.

Why are the prices not visible?

You will need to have an account with us. Once your account has been verified by our team, the pricing information will be visible to your specific account. See below on how to create an account.

How do I qualify for a Wholesale account?

Please create an account here. We sell to qualified retailers, restaurants, cafes, and food manufacturing businesses etc. It is important that when you sign-up you provide accurate information. The more information you provide during sign-up the less likely there are to be delays with your requests.

What is your order lead time / deadlines?

It depends on where you’re located, and whether you’re ordering temperature-sensitive products. Check out our Shipping Guide for more detailed information!

What is the cost of shipping?

Live rates are available upon checkout, and depend on your shipping option. Temperature-Sensitive items do need to be shipped using a 1-2 day shipping method, and can cost a bit more via Fed-Ex or UPS due to that. If you’d prefer to arrange your own shipping, or use a palletized shipping method, choose the “Custom Shipping Quote Request” option at checkout and we will reach out to find out more about your needs!

Do you offer free shipping?

For local deliveries within the Greater Vancouver area, we offer free shipping for orders over $350. Just make a note at check-out that you’d like to utilize this service. These orders are generally delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

 

We also offer free pick-up (with no order minimum) at our two retail locations. We are located in Vancouver at 250 East Pender Street and in South Surrey at 202-14016 32 Avenue.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Unlike most distributors, we have no order minimums making it easy for you to shop with us. Whether you want to purchase a single case or in pallet quantities, we’re here to serve your business’ needs.

Do you offer volume discounts?

For certain products that are available in mastercase or pallet sizing, we do offer volume discounts and the pricing can be found on the product page itself. If not stated, feel free to reach out to us at wholesale@vegansupply.ca and we can work out volume discounts depending on the size and nature of your order. 

There's a product that I'd like Vegan Supply to carry, who can I contact?

Some of our top-selling brands have come from retailer recommendations! If you have something in mind for us, please send a note through our contact form or email us at wholesale@vegansupply.ca with your request and we’ll do our best to source out the product for you. After all, we are here to make vegan easy and to help find vegan solutions for your business!

Do you sell retail products?

Yes, visit us over at vegansupply.ca where we have over 3,000 retail products! You can also visit us in-person at our brick and mortar stores in Vancouver at 250 East Pender Street and in Surrey at 202-14016 32 Avenue.

I previously purchased retail products along with my wholesale order. How do I go about doing this on your new site?

With our new site, we only have wholesale products available to streamline the process to create a better shopping experience for you. To include retail products, visit us at vegansupply.ca and upon check-out, reference your wholesale order number and we can ship the combined orders.

How do I order?

It’s easy! You can order directly off of our website just like you would with any online purchase. If you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to reach out to us at wholesale@vegansupply.ca. Alternatively, you can email your dedicated account manager and they will help you place your order.

How do I track my order?

We automatically send email updates about your order, including a tracking number if it’s being sent with a shipping carrier. Please reply to your order confirmation or e-mail wholesale@vegansupply.ca with your order number and query and we’ll get back to you!

How do I find out about new products and promotions?

Sign up for our bi-weekly email newsletters where we highlight new products and special promotions we have on. Not registered for our newsletter? Head to the bottom of the page and add your e-mail to our subscriber list!

FOR BRAND OWNERS

I produce vegan products and am looking for a distributor. How do I start selling through Vegan Supply?

We are accepting brands from all around the world and we love connecting with other vegan entrepreneurs and manufacturers! You can start off by sending over your product sell sheets, distributor price list, MOQ details, and any other pertinent information over to info@vegansupply.ca

From there, we’ll ask you to send samples to our head office. We’ll review this as a management team and will go from there. We’re here to help businesses of all sizes get their vegan products into the market and we look forward to seeing what goodies you have in store for us! We love connecting with other vegan entrepreneurs and vendors.

What fees do you charge for distribution?

We don’t charge any listing fees to distribute your product as we’re here to help you grow your business. Cooperative marketing fees to promote your products are optional. Examples of marketing “fees”: We may ask for free samples that we can utilize to promote your product with interested wholesale clients as a way for customers to try your products, risk-free. These costs will be discussed in advance so there are no surprise chargebacks. We’ll work with you to see what works best!

Can I get a testimonial from an existing vendor about their experience working with Vegan Supply?

You bet! Just navigate to our Testimonials page to see what our brands have to say about us or you can head over to one of our brands' websites and contact them for a completely candid response.
