Cooking Instructions: Place filet in fridge for 24 hours to thaw prior to cooking. Heat to an internal temperature of 150°F. Don’t overcook!
Pan-fry: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Season filet and cook 4 minutes each side until golden brown.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and season filet with spices and oil. Place filet on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes.
Breaded: Dredge filet in mixture of your choice (ex: flour, wet mixture, breadcrumbs). Preheat cooking oil in a deep fryer at 350°F then fry filet for 4 minutes.
Grill: Preheat the grill to medium. Season filet with spices and oil. Grill 3-4 minutes each side until you see desired grill marks.
Marinade: Apply desired marinade. Place filet in a sealed container and marinate for 30 minutes or up to overnight. Cook using any method above.
