Green Cuisine’s organic tofu is made with much love, care, and respect for tradition. Their focus is on providing you and your family with a healthy, sustainable, and delicious plant protein that can be enjoyed in various ways. They have been making tofu for 40 years over on beautiful Vancouver Island, and started as a cottage industry tucked away in the woods in Sooke on the West Coast and moved into Victoria in the late eighties.

In this age of automation, they are proud to continue the tradition of hand-making their tofu in small batches. Cooking the soymilk in open kettles ensures our tofu has a mild creamy flavour, and slowly pressing the tofu increases its protein content to maximize nutritional value.

This pressed tofu is ideal for cubing and grilling - use it for stir-fries or anywhere you want tofu to maintain its shape. Also great food food service due to the case size!
