The paprika is harvested in Spain, where the sweet red pimentón peppers are slowly dried over oak coals, and the black nigella seeds are grown in Fayoum, Egypt where they’ve been cultivated for generations. The slightly sweet paprika bestows this wheel with unparalleled depth and the black nigella seeds add a savoury, slightly bitter flavour.
