Green Cuisine makes their tofu locally in Victoria, BC. It cannot get any fresher than this! Extra Firm Tofu is dense and solid with a meaty texture. At 14g of protein & zero cholesterol per serving their extra firm tofu offers an excellent nutritional profile for the centre of the plate options. It is ideal for cubing and grilling. Use it for stir-fries or anywhere you want tofu to maintain its shape.
