This Sour Cream is similar in taste and texture to traditional sour cream, but is milk and butterfat free and contains no cholesterol. It has the versatility of sour cream with the benefits of being dairy free and non-hydrogenated.
Potential Uses / Applications: Create a spinach and artichoke dip, seven layer dip, sour cream pound cake, chili topper, chipotle crema, sauces for tacos, nachos and more! Or, simply dip corn chips or BBQ flavour chips directly into it!
Ingredients: Water, expeller processed natural oil blend (soybean, palm fruit, and olive), maltodextrin, soy protein, tofu, non dairy lactic acid, sugar, blend of natural gums (locust bean, guar, cellulose, xanthan and carrageenan), vegetable mono and diglycerides, salt.
