Wholesale - Green Cuisine Food Service Raw Tempeh (4 x 3lb)

Green Cuisine raw tempeh slabs are frozen at their peak of ripeness. Defrost in the refrigerator and cook within 2 days of defrosting. Cook to an interior temperature of 160F/71C. Each 12lb case contains 4 x 3lb slabs of tempeh. 

Dark spots on the tempeh are a natural part of the culturing process and do not indicate spoilage.
