Chao Coconut Herb is a vegan cheese made from coconut and is a great cheese alternative seasoned with a traditionally fermented soybean curd called Chao by the Vietnamese. Chao Coconut Herb is full of flavor and sure to please any pallet.
Potential Uses / Applications: Perfect for melting on a delicious vegan patty, added in grilled cheese and quesadillas, sandwiches hot or cold, sliced into salads, or just eaten plain!
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Coconut Oil, Modified Corn and Potato Starch, Potato Starch, Fermented Chao Tofu (Soybeans, Water, Salt, Sesame Oil, Calcium Sulfate), Sea Salt, Black Cracked Pepper, Oregano, Natural Flavor and Olive Extract (Antioxidant Used as a Preservative).
