Green Cuisine seasoned tempeh strips come in a 10lb food service bag format. Defrost in the refrigerator and cook within 2 days of defrosting. Cook to an interior temperature of 160F/71C. 

Dark spots on the tempeh are a natural part of the culturing process and do not indicate spoilage. 

Ingredients: Tempeh (Organic Soybeans, water, culture), Garlic, spices, salt
